In our meetup at the beginning of the month, we talked about the importance of rejuvenation and we set a target for something(s) we planned to do this month to rejuvenate. Did you get to try out your plan? Did it shift a few times along the way? Remember, this is not about something happening the way we intended necessarily. There is still a benefit even if it doesn’t follow your initial vision…sometimes the outcome is even better!

For a while I thought I had not done much this month and then I realized that I actually have learned to use my siesta time better. I have added two more goals for this time and amazingly, I am accomplishing both and making daily habits out of each of them. The best part is that it seemed effortless!
