This week especially, I found that the goal setting part of my daily wellness practice needed to be very realistic. Most of my goals really had to illustrate self compassion. For example, when I was ill, my goal might be to rest and recover for the day. Sometimes, even allowing yourself take a sick day without feeling guilty could be an important goal. (How do you rest properly when you are full of guilt?)
